MBT Barcelona is a team of mental health professionals, specialized in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, psychoanalysis and mentalization-based treatment (MBT). Our group seeks to create a professional environment of collaboration, curiosity and a high level of therapeutic, educational and clinical consulting services. These values ​​are what unite us as a team and motivate us to create in our office an environment of interest and care. In this way we encourage, from the language of attachment theory, a secure base from which to explore and facilitate the possible transformations that secure interpersonal relationships tend to promote.
