Child-Adolescent Psychotherapy (3-18 years)
We offer psychotherapeutic treatments to children and adolescents from a developmental and psychodynamic perspective. Our professionals integrate different treatment modalities depending on the needs of the child and the family. An evaluation process of between 4 and 6 sessions is always carried out, the result is a diagnostic profile and a treatment plan that focuses on the areas of vulnerability and strengths of the child and his family. Many of our interventions seek to develop or reestablish and strengthen mentalization in children and parents. All interventions include parents, either in parallel or directly with family or parent-child sessions.

We offer a series of mentalization-based services, which is an evidence-based model that integrates elements of different psychotherapeutic techniques: systemic, cognitive behavioral, and psychodynamic. MBT interventions are supported by a large number of investigations in the field of evolutionary and clinical psychology, carried out especially in the last 20 years. We seek to strengthen the capacity for mentalization, also known as reflective capacity, in a safe and trustworthy environment, where the professional joins the family and parents in order to emphasize strengths and find interpersonal tools to manage the vulnerabilities and difficulties that they face. lead to seeking support.
